Repeat Prescription

Please complete the form below to request a repeat prescription. Please remember we are a small/part-time clinic - kindly allow five days notice to complete your request. Once completed you will receive an email and/or text that your prescription has been sent.

Prescription charge: $20

We will invoice you separately for the prescription fee after it has been sent to your elected pharmacy.

Prescriptions are emailed to your preferred pharmacy. All prescribed medications incur a $15 fee from the pharmacy as we are a private service. This is payable directly to the pharmacy when you collect your items. Please talk to your pharmacist if you have questions about their prescription charges.

Please note:

  • Repeat prescriptions are generated at the discretion of your doctor. You will be contacted if an appointment is required for a review.

  • Repeat prescriptions are available if you have seen our doctor for the condition within the last twelve months (or three to six months, depending on your medication and advice from your specialist).

  • If you require an urgent refill, please contact us at 06 650 0673 to speak with our admin team or leave a voicemail. Please be aware that we may still not be able to accommodate same days requests. The fee for an urgent refill is $40.
